Privacy Policy

Nevori Studio (studio.getnevori.com) is an internal tool operated by Nevori (getnevori.com). Nevori uses it to make short videos and publish them to social media accounts that Nevori owns. Only authorized Nevori staff can sign in. There are no public sign-ups and no customer accounts.

What we access

When Nevori connects one of its own accounts through the platform's official sign-in (Instagram, YouTube or TikTok), the platform gives Nevori Studio an access token and data about that account:

• basic account details (account ID, username, profile name);
• the videos and posts we publish through Nevori Studio;
• statistics for that account and its posts that the platform provides in aggregate form (for example views, likes, comment and share counts, followers, and audience breakdowns by country).

We do not collect personal data about the people who watch our videos. Statistics come to us as totals and percentages, not as information about individual viewers.

How we use it

• to publish Nevori's own videos to Nevori's own accounts, at the scheduled times;
• to show how those videos perform, so we can make better ones.

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run Nevori Studio for us (hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations. The AI services we use to write and assemble videos receive only our own scripts and materials, never data received from the platforms.

How we protect it

Access tokens are encrypted and can only be read by our server. The database is not reachable from the browser at all: only our server reads it, and only after the owner signs in with a one-time code sent to their email and a separate studio password. Data is stored with our providers in the United States.

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are kept only while an account is connected and are deleted when it is disconnected. Video files are deleted from our servers after publication. Post statistics are kept so we can compare results over time.

To remove Nevori Studio's access to an account at any time:

• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove "Nevori Studio";
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions;
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services.

To ask us to delete any data we hold, email support@getnevori.com. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

YouTube and Google

Nevori Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Nevori Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

Nevori Studio uses only the cookies needed to keep the owner signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

Nevori Studio is not directed to children and is not used by them.
